Apakah definasi Ketuanan Melayu ini ?
1)Mengikut pandangan UMNO ia nya adalah ketuanan UMNO dalam pemerintahan negara Malaysia.
2)Mengikut pandangan Raja2 ia nya Ketuanan Raja2 negeri yang mereka memerintah. ia itu cuma Perlis,Kedah,Perak,Kelantan,Trengganu,Pahang Johore,Negeri Sembilan,dan Selangor respectively.Waima Ketuanan Melaysia di jawat pula oleh Yang DiPertuan Agong.
3) Mengikut pandangan Democracy, rakyat adalah Tuan kapada Malaysia dan secara spesifik rakyat Melayu.
Jadi begitulah keadaan nya sekarang ini pegolakan Ketuanan Melayu ini berlegar2 antara UMNO, Raja2,Melayu dan Rakyat Melayu.Maka Melayu masa kini perlu bersatu hati mendefinasikan Ketuanan Melayu dengan tepat nya.
Persoalan nya. Adakah Ketuanan Tanah Melayu / Malaysia ini patut di beri kapada Raja2.?
Jika ia di beri kapada Raja2,rakyat mungkin akan melopong jika Tanah di jual pada British dulukala dan Singapura di masa kini.
Keadaan sebegini juga berlaku apabila UMNO di beri terlampau banyak kuasa.hingga tejualnya Singpura dan Pulau Batu Putih. Besar kemungkin di masa akan datang, Wilayah Perindustrian Iskandar akan di jual kapada Sigapura atau orang asing, atas nama globalisasi dan Trade Libralisasion.
Masaalah Tuan orang Melayu menjualkan tanah Melayu kapada orang asing in perlu di atasi.
Cara mengatasi nya adalah melalui perlembagaan yang Democratik. Ini bermaana rakyat mempunyai kuasa terakhir menentukan arah tujuan Ketuanan Melayu dan Tanah Melayu..
Dan procedurnya adalah dengan procedur Democracy,ia itu, "Pemerintahan Rakyat, oleh rakyat,untok rakyat".
Pendek kata, cuma bila rakyat Melayu mengamalkan Democracy tulin baru lah Melayu tidak di tipu dan di jual oleh Tuan Melayu yang bersifat pengkhianat,yang mementingkan poket mereka sendiri sahaja.
Konclusinya rakyat sepatutnya adalah Tuan kapada tanah Malaysia ini.
Raja2 dan UMNO boleh bangkang definasi ini demi kepentingan galongan atasan(bogoise),tapi secara Democrasi ini lah definasi majority rakyat Melayu zaman sekarang dan definasi yang paling tepat dan selamat bagi rakyat Melayu..
Golongan bukan Melayu juga akan membangkangnya ,tetapi ini adalah keadilan kapada orang Melayu,sebab bangsa Cina tuan kapada negara Cina,bangsa India tuan kapada negara India, maka Melayu mesti lah tuan kapada Malaysia.
Malaysia /Tanah Melayu juga perlu di lihat sebagai sebahagian dari negara Melayu Besar ia itu Indonesia.
Hidup Ketuanan Rakyat Melayu.
Merdekakan diri anda dari falsafah Ketuanan Melayu yang feudal dan kuno.

All Religions Unite ! ! !
O you who are Christians,Muslims,Jews,Hindus and Bhuddist,
You say you worship the One God,
You say you do good and forbid evil,
You speak as one,And yet you fight each other.
Do you not understand what you say ?
Cease and decease the cruel thoughts from the devil,
That say you are better hollier,
Religions are percentages of the Truth,
But understanding is also in percentages,
What good is a religion thats 100%,
If your understanding is 10%,
Many a religion started with 100%,bur ended at 10 %.
Its not the books that have changed
But it is the interpretations that have changed.
The teachings were all pure good.
But the intention were not..
There is none more fair than the concept of heaven and hell of Hindus and Bhuddists,
I would accuse God of being unfair to me if I was a cripple.
Unless I be reincarnated,perfect.
Do you not see how logical reincarnation is ?
Leave them to continue thier logical religion,
They are "the people of the book"

The Philosophy of Sin
Sin is the negation of the commands of God.You have sinned towards God and also towards humans whenever a law or code of ethics is broken .
There are however 3 different philosophys of sin.
1) The first and original sin is the sin of Adam and Eve,This is the sin of disobeying Gods command not to eat the fruit of knowledge.All Jews ,Christians and Muslims belief in this sin but they differ in that the Christians belief that the original sin is inherited by all humans and that all humans can only be forgiven by God only though or by praying to Jesus, because Jesus is according to them,the son of God.Jews ,Muslims,Hindus and other religions offcourse do not belief in such kind of philosophy of sin.
With this philosophy of sin the Christians managed to have monopoly over Gods fogiveness and Heaven.Whether this philosopy is true or false is irrelevant, but it certainly is a clever way of playing a game of monopoly and and politics.
2) The second philosophy of sin as beliefed by Muslims and othe religions is that a child is born sinless and the only sin when they have grown to recognise the ethics and law of God from the people who teach them.
This kind of philosophy is easier to understand and is without strings attached. The rational of Jesus having to carry other peoples sin is not very logical.
This philosophy of sin therefore turns upside down the the Christians philosophy.
3) The third philosophy of sin is one that is undestood and beliefed by the Sufi Muslims
This philosophy of sin is based on the unity of God. God is the creator of all things. He created the angels and also created the satans.
This makes Him the originator of good and bad. Verses of the Quran point to the fact that it is He who guides whoever he wishes and it is He too who misguides whomever he wishes.
This makes us humans very like robots, or as stated in the Quran ..a slave of God..without a will power of his own. Thus having lost their ability to sin,they do not think of heaven or hell.They only ask for God.

The concept of the Messiah
The Messiah is alway assiociated with Jesus Christ and the Christians.The Messiah is by defination "The ultimate leader ordained by God".This leader is supposed to solve all the problems of his people and of all people.This is a highly ambitious defination.From history we have learned that Messiah leaders have come and gone but the problems still stay.There is however no pemenent cure for all our problems.
Messiahs in the person of Mosses for the Jews,Jesus,for the Jews and non Jews.Muhammad for the Arabs and non Arabs,Bhuddha for the Indians and Chinese, all have come and gone but our problem have never ended.
Because we are hounded by problems,most of us still belief in a new Messiah.The Christians are waiting for Jesus second comming. The Muslims are waiting for their Mahadi. The Bhudist are waiting for their Avasta and so on.
While we are all waiting, there are people who have managed to change their little world.These are the new Messiahs for their people.Mahatma Ghandi was a Messiah for the Indians. Mao Tse Tung was a Messiah for the Chinese, Lenin was a Messiah for the Russians. Abraham Lincoln was a Messiah for the black slaves of America.Spartacus was a Messiah for the slaves of Rome. Robin Hood was a Messiah to the poor of Notingham Forest.The Doctors who save lives are Messiah for the sick.
All this Messiahs has one thing in common. They were abel to change their limited world in their time and a few centuries after but finally their world crumbbled. This being so the good people,still living in this world need to find another Messiah to create a better world,a more loving world.
Do not wait for Messiahs. try to be one. We never know we could be one of the Messiahs if we try hard enough.The world needs every little help to change for the better. To do good and fobid evil in the family and in politics goes a long way if we do it frequent enough.

The hard(ying) and soft(yang) of Islamic Law.
The use of tao philosophy to understand and determine change, be it in war, politics or religion is a new tool to understand the rules of nature and science.
Newtons Law, "Every action has and equal and opposite reaction" is just the starting point of the Tao philosophy which also states that everything follows a natural and scientific Law of opposites.
The Quran also states that every thing is created in pairs. Refer AlQuran 36:36 "Glory to Allah who created in pairs all things that the earth produce,as well as their own kind,and things of which they have no knowledge".
Lets see how these Laws of The Tao Of Change can be applied to the Islamic Laws and philosophy..
Lets take the law of chopping the hand of the thief. Refer AlQuran 5:38 "As for the thief both male and female, cut off their hand.It is the reward of their own deed,an exemplary punishment from Allah.Allah is Mighty, Wise.
These law has two intrepetations.
1) The hard (ying) stance.
A reknowned Ulama and politician in his tafsir AlQuran published in a politically owned monthly newspaper stated that "The hand of the theif must be chopped off even if the theft is just a blanket and even if the owner of the blanket has forgiven the theft".He derived at this conclusion bay adding to it the hadith of the Prophet Mohamad s.a.w.
This sort of judgement is horifying not just to non Muslims but also to the Muslims. The judgement did not take inro consideration other laws in the Quram.Judgement when made in isolation of one verse of the Quran and with add on authority of the hadith is very harsh or hard in nature.
2) The soft (yang) stance.
Although Allah prescribed chopping of the hand fot the theif, there are other verses in the Quran which precribes otherwise, such as,.
a) AlQuran 5:38 should be read together with AlQuran 5:39 "But whoever repents after his wrong doing, and amends, Lo Allah will relent towards him. Lo Allah is forgiving,Merciful.
According to this verse,the thief who repents and amends (give back the stolen goods) is forgiven by Allah.
b)AlQuran 23:96 "Repel evil with that which is better.We are best aware of that which they alledge".
c)AlQuran 2:178 "O you who belirf, retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the murdered.The freeman for the freeman, the slave for the slave, the female for the female.And for him who is forgiven by his brother,procecution according to usage and payment to him, in kindness.This is an elevation and Mercy from your Lord. He who transgresses will have a painful doom".
According to this verse you are allowed to retaliate in kind.For the theif, you can steal from him in like manner, however there is an option to forgive when compensated.This forgiving and kindness is an elevation to higher morals.
It is apparent therefore, from the examples above, that Islam has two polars, 1) the hard which uses hadith of the Prophet, and 2) the soft which uses only the Quran for their jurispudance. These polars are called by other names such as extremist,liberal, inclusive and exclusive, all adhering to the Law of opposites, or The Tao Of Change.

Melayu/Muslim dan falsafah Total Quality Management.
Melayu dan Muslim adalah golongan tercorot berbanding dengan orang2 Negara2 maju seperti Europa,Amerika dan Jepun.Malah Melayu dan Muslim juga kalah dengan negara2 kurang maju seperti India, Cina,Russia dan Korea.Malaysia kalah juga dengan Singapore dari segi ekonomi nya ,walaupun Singapore adalah negara miskin suber dan hasil bumi. Negara2 Muslim kebanyakan mempunyai sumber hasil bumi yang banyak sekali,terutamanya minyak petroleum.Namun negara2 Muslim maseh mundur berbanding dengan negara2 maju dan kurang maju yang tiada petroleum..Maseh belum ada satu pun Negara2 Muslim yang boleh di anggap negara maju.
Negara Jepun adalah negara yang pertama dari bangsa Asia menjadi negara maju dari segi manufacturing.Ini di ikuti oleh Korea Selatan dan kini Taiwan, Cina dan India.
Jika negara2 bukan Islam boleh berjaya menjadi negara maju dan berkemampuan manufacture/pemmbuat,kenapa agaknya negara2 Muslim tidak berjaya.
Setelah memahami dan mengakui tercorotnya kaum Muslim/Melayu di dunia ini,mari kita berusaha untok kembalikan kegemilangan kaum Muslim baik di Malaysia mahupun di serata dunia.
Mengikut pengalaman saya sebagai bekas Total Quality Managrt saya berpendapat bahawa kita perlu mempelajari falsafah Total Quality Management.Falsafah ini dapat membaiki taraf kemahiran berfikir pekerja dan kerjanya. Kejayaan Kentucky fried Chicken di serata dunia adalah contoh bahawa cuma yang berquality akangemilang serata dunia.
Negara Jepun setelah menjadi negara pencipta/manufacturer menghadapi masaalah pada suatu masa dulu. Barangan nya tidak ada quality,cepat rosak dan sebagainya. Jadi mereka telah membeli kepakaran seorang ahli falsafah Management yang bernama Dr Deming.
Mengikut Dr Deming, kita perlu jalankan langkah2 berikut
1) Pereksa, akui dan kaji masaalh/Identify and analys problem, sebelum masaalah boleh di selesaikan
2)Reka Corrective Action/perbuatan koreksi untok mengkoreksi masaalah.
3)Plan/rancang pengendalian process/manufacturingnya,dengan memasukkan feedback dari Corective Actionnya.
4)Action/perbuatan/manufacture.
Tambah Dr Deming process 4 langkah2 itu perlu di ulangi hingga mendapat mutu/quality yang tertinggi.Process ulangi langkah itu di panggil the Deming Cycle of Plan,Do,Check and Action.
Falsafah Dr Deming ini bermula dengan batangan dan kemudian prinsip nya di guna pakai untok membaiki quality/mutu pekerja dan juga majikan.
Maka begitulah thesis saya yang Muslim /Melayu perlu memahami falsafah Total Quality Management.
Moga Muslim/Melayu semua akan dapat mengaplikasikan falsafa Total Quality Management ini dalam hidup dan pekerjaan mereka dan moga Muslim/Melayu akan kembali gemilang.InshaAllah.

Nasi kangkang Rosmah dan The winds of change
Malaysia di landa oleh ribut pembaharuan/winds of change di masa ini.Angin/ribut "infuence kuasa" ini bertiup dari utara,selatan,barat dan timur.
Angin yang pertama datangnya dari Utara meniup kuasa seorang yang bernama Rosmah.Kuasa nya di namakan nasi kangkang Rosmah.Nasi kangkang definasi nya adalah influence ..nothing more nathing less.Nasi kangkang Rosmah telah di kuatkan dengan mantra seorang Guru Hindu bernama Guruji. Ia berupaya menginfluence PM,IGP,AG,General2, Leftenant Colonel dan Hakim Mahkamah.Pendek kata siapa sahaja yang termakan nasi kangkang Rosmah akan menjadi hambanya.Angin ini berupa ribut taufan yang akan menjadi lebeh power jika proxy nya bernama Najip menjadi PM.
Angin yang kedua datangnya dari selatan. Angin ini membawa kuasa"Nasi Kangkang King Kong".Angin ini di tiup oleh seorang XPM yang telah bersara. Dia di anggap sebagai King Kong yang telah di penjarakan oleh penganalis politik.Dia boleh bersuara tapi tak siapa nak dengarkan kata2nya. King Kong ini ada dua proxy.Seorang bernama Dolah dan seorang lagi Najip.Dolah proxy pertama seorang penidur.Jadi apa yang King Kong cakap dia tak dengar.Sekarang Dolah di paksa pencen kerana selalu sangat tidur.
Waima King Kong akan tiup angin nya sekuat2 nya supaya proxy nya yang kedua akan dengar nya. Malang nya angin King Kong pencen ni tak kuat..ada semput sikit... sebab dah tua.
Waima... mana tau jika King Kong keluarkan angin dubur nya yang berbau kari Mamak itu, mungkin proxy keduanya akan tersentak dan akan diperhambakan oleh kuasa Nasi kangkang King Kong.
Angin yang ketiga meniup dari Barat.Angin ini di namakan Nasi kengkang Oxfart.Angin ini bersumber dari seorang bernama KJ yang sunggoh pandai cari lubang/lombong yang beremas dan duitan.Dengan usahanya yang gigih dan prestasi seorang graduan Oxfort,dia bejaya menjadi menantu PM.

Mengikut ramalan Nujum Pak Yeh nasi kangkong Kak Wan akan menjadi kegemaran senua rakyat dan Kak Wan akan memerintah dengan proxynya Nuar.Sebenarnya Kak Wan Nuar,LKS dan Pok Nik adalah proxy rakyat yang di namakan Pakatan Rakyat.

Angin yang kedua datangnya dari selatan. Angin ini membawa kuasa"Nasi Kangkang King Kong".Angin ini di tiup oleh seorang XPM yang telah bersara. Dia di anggap sebagai King Kong yang telah di penjarakan oleh penganalis politik.Dia boleh bersuara tapi tak siapa nak dengarkan kata2nya.
