BANGKOK 9 Dis. - Perdana Menteri Thailand, Yingluck Shinawatra akhirnya tunduk kepada tekanan penunjuk perasaan antikerajaan apabila beliau membubarkan Parlimen bagi memberi laluan kepada pilihan raya umum pada Februari tahun depan.

Yingluck hari ini berkata, pada peringkat ini apabila pelbagai pihak menentang kerajaan, penyelesaian terbaik adalah memberikan semula kuasa kepada rakyat Thai dengan mengadakan pilihan raya umum.

"Rakyat Thailand akan membuat keputusan,'' katanya dalam ucapan yang disiarkan secara langsung oleh saluran televisyen.

Di Bangkok, kira-kira 100,000 penunjuk perasaan berarak hari ini, memulakan semula demonstrasi selepas bersurai sementara bagi menghormati sambutan hari keputeraan Raja Bhumibol yang ke-86 pada minggu lalu.

Illegitimacy of elections since 1984

In his speech at the 26th convocation of Universiti Utara Malaysia His Royal Highness the Yang Di Pertuan Agung expressed his concern about people challenging the laws of the country, including the Federal Constitution. He is reported to have said “The people should always respect and uphold the law.”

In the light of the Agung’s advise, where does the admission or confession of the former Election Commission chief Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman, that the three redelineation exercises he did were done in such a way to ensure Malays retained political power and that he did so “in a proper way, not illegally”, stand?

I don’t think the Agung means that anyone is above the law or exempted from the law. Abdul Rashid’s claim that he did the redelineation in a proper way is a lie. What he did was illegal as it breached the 13th schedule of the Constitution.

The three delineation exercises were carried out in 1984, 1994 and 2003. As these were carried out in violation of the direction of law as contained in schedule 13 of the Constitution, it follows that all the seven (7) General Elections since 1984, i.e. in 1986, 1990, 1995, 1999, 2004, 2008 and 2013 which were conducted based on the three unconstitutional delineation exercises, are also unlawful and as such void.

In other words, although the BN won all those elections, they were not won with clean hands and the governments were formed unconstitutionally. But do any of those who won by playing foul games, as the referee (the EC) had put obstacles, even great obstacles in the path of the opposing teams, feel shame? The obstacles were the huge disparities in the number of voters in the different constituencies where the value of a vote in an opposition supporting area was reduced to a mere 10 per cent or even less compared to a vote in a BN supporting area. A numbers game according to Abdul Rashid.

Abdul Rashid’s confession has confirmed that the EC’s aggressively defended ‘independence’ was just a facade behind which was a government department answerable to the Prime Minister and charged with the responsibility of ensuring that the incumbent government remained in power election  after election at any cost. To ensure this, the dwindling support had to be shored up with ‘correct’ delineation so that even with fewer votes, the BN would retain its two-thirds majority. This was the ‘vision’, ‘mission’ and duty of the EC.

The art of gerrymandering was fined tuned to achieve this. First, the guiding formula in the Constitution was done away with. The Constitution initially stated that the difference in the number of voters in the various constituencies should not be more than 15 per cent. This was later amended to 50 per cent. After that it was fully blacked out, but what remained, and still remains in the 13th schedule, is the phrase that the number of voters in the different constituencies must be ‘approximately equal’ or in Malay ‘lebih kurang sama banyak’. This was a blank cheque given to the EC. Abdul Rashid and his team were now free to interpret ‘approximately equal’ as they wished, throwing out the dictionary meaning of this phrase. To them, a 9kg fish was approximately equal to a 1kg fish when a kindergarten child can tell you it is not. It was halal as the purpose was to ensure the masters remain in power. Could any Mufti or JAKIM please confirm this to put matters straight? 

Not satisfied with this blank cheque, the EC introduced a ‘more efficient’ and faster way of counting votes. All ballot boxes from all the polling stations in a state constituency used to be taken to a central counting station, manned by a different set of election workers. The boxes would be opened, all the ballots mixed and then counted. This way it would not be known how voters in a small localised area had voted, e.g. how a particular kampung or longhouse voted. 

This method was not suitable for effective gerrymandering. So the process was changed to counting in each and every stream in every polling station immediately after close of balloting. This way, the EC obtained excellent data on voter sentiments in very small areas as each voting stream caters to between 200 to 800 voters. This method of vote counting is in reality voter-spying. It tells how many per cent of the 200 to 800 voters, living in a small area, had voted. With this information in hand, particular kampungs and housing areas can be put in BN-friendly or BN-unfriendly constituencies. This tilting of the playing field, or shifting of the goal posts, is unconstitutional, which means it is illegal, or haram.

On the heels of Abdul Rashid’s confession about gerrymandering we have the former deputy chief of the EC Wan Ahmad Wan Omar fretting about being at the receiving end of public criticism for 16 years that the EC was not independent in the way it was conducting its affairs.

Abdul Rashid’s confession confirms that the EC was indeed an errand boy of the Prime Minister’s department. Being directly under the control of the Prime Minister, how could the EC be independent if its independence could lead to jeopardising the incumbency of the ruling party? The EC was being true to being “Saya yang menurut perintah”. For public perception, it had to be painted as a very independent body that was fair to both sides! Abdul Rashid’s confession peeled off the flaking paint to reveal what it really was, not that everyone had believed it was an independent body.        

A few months ago, Dr Mahathir said some people don’t feel shame like the Japanese do when they do something wrong. This is because their culture requires that those who bring shame upon themselves have to commit hara kiri. Thus they make sure they do things well so as to avoid having to hara kiri themselves. Could Dr Mahathir tell us whether both Abdul Rashid and Wan Ahmad, who do not feel ashamed of violating the 13th schedule of the Constitution, should perform hara kiri themselves?

Thinking about it, the longest serving prime ministership was made possible by both these officers of the EC. So who should do hara kiri?  Someone needs to lead by example.

Pakatan Rakyat Shooting At The Wrong Enemy.

In the the fight for a change in the politics of Malaysia, it appears that change did happen,but for the worst.
Malaysians are now faced with the death of democracy, when the very system ie the voting system that guarantees democracy is riddled with fraud ,namely the fake indelible ink, the giving of ICs to foreigners in exchange for votes,and Gerry meandering that made a party (UMNO/BN) with minority votes (47%) become the winner and the government. 

So, What now my friends.??? Now that democracy is dead.!!! Killed by UMNO/BN and its slave the SPR/Election Commision.!!!

We expected those whom, we voted for ie the Pakatan Rakyat leaders, to show us the way forward to solve this very difficult problem but what we have seen so far is very discouraging.
Instead of asking Najip/UMNO/BN to resign, they asked SPR the slave of Najib,UMNO/BN to resign.
These stupid Pakatan Rakyat wakil rakyats would rather fight with the slave of the fraudster than fight the Master Fraudster.What you Pakatan Rakyat ningkompoops are doing is like you are fighting against the referee (SPR) instead of fighting against your opponents (UMNO/BN).

I can't help but lambast these vision less and mission less Pakatan Rakyat hogwash leaders

1998 Ringgit Crash:Was Dr.M/Anwar Hit by The Economic Hitman ?.

Nope ! Dr M and Anwar was not hit by "the American Economic Hitman".! They were in cahoots with them.! In fact the American Economic Hit-man (Soros/Wolferich/ Jewish Advisers) could not have destroyed the Malaysian Ringgit without the Prime Minister, Dr.Mahathir's and the Finance Minister, Anwar Ibrahim's help. All of them were holding the smoking guns.
It was the nation and the poor rakyat however that got hit badly, when the Ringgit devalued by 140%.!!!
Before the crash RM 100 would be worth $100 Singapore/Brunei dollars.
Now we need RM300 to buy $100 Singapore /Brunei dollars.
Now RM300 is worth RM100 only.
For every RM300, RM200 becomes  hidden tax to pay for KLCC, Bakun Dam, Putra Jaya, KLIA,KL Tower, etc,etc,forever and ever.!!!

I suggest we hang Dr.M and Anwar Ibrahim by their balls for their Financial/Economic/Fiscal Mismanagement and Incompetence.!!!

Idris Jala's press statements recently stating that Malaysia would be bankrupt by 2019 should be read between the lines for the truth, or as the Sufi's say it ...know the haqiqah/hidden truth of it.

Nations get bankrupt all the time, whenever their money is devalued.The hidden indicator of a bankrupt nation is the devaluation of fheir money in comparition to other currencies.Devaluation of money is a normal happening with corruption riddled nations.

Malaysia has undergone bankruptcy at least twice.
The fist time was when Mahathir built the Dayabumi Building at the same time BMF Hong Kong had a scaldalsifoning billions of ringgit.
The second time Malaysia became bankrupt is when they used Soros's money to build KLCC,KLIA,Putra Jaya,Bakun Dam,KL Tower, all at the same time ie during Anwar Ibrahim's tenancy as Finance Minister and Dr Mahathir as as Prime Minister.They had blood in their hands and were totally reponsible for the economic disaster at that time.

The signs of a country gone bankrupt is the spiralling inflation brought about by a devaluation of money.
The haqiqah of this unatural economic disaster is that the government has spent money many times its income,making the counry bankrupt.This is made possible because the paper/fiat/false money sistem allows them tax the rakyat via a hidden process called the devaluation of money. That was exactly what they did. It was far better than calling themself a bankrupt and not able to spend anymore money.
Hence, Nations being called bankrupt is eliminated from our vocabulary.In its palce we just say that the country is getting poorer. That was exactly what Dr mahathir said on his blog, that the country is not going bankrupt but becoming poorer.
Which was what he actually did when he was the Prime Minister.
The magnitude of pooverty was 150%,when our money is compared apple to apple to Singapore and Brunei money valui(1RM=S$2.5)
How can Malaysia a country many times richer than Singapore in terms of natural wealth such as oil,timber and plantations be economically behind Singapore by 150% when they all started the same dollar for dollar???
This can only happen if the country was bankrupted many times.!!!
And that verily is the haqiqah/hidden truth of the matter.
How can Malaysia not be bankrupt when they had spent so much on maga projects all at the same time.???
Well it could happen and has happened, because a man called Sorros put in billions into Malaysian Banks to play shares.The shares all skyroketed immediately. Mahathir went crazy spending money based on Banks and shares heightened performance.Loans were approved just by looking at the Sorros' enhenced share prices.
But Sorros then withdrew his money which had more than doubled in share prices.
That made all the banks bankrupt.
But offcause the government did not say that the banks were bankrupt. They said the banks became poorer.
Mahathir then forced them to merge which is another word for selling Bank Bumiputra to the non bumiputra Banks who were not in the red. This was done to cover up the fact that Bank Bumiputra and several other Banks were really bankrupt.

In conclusion when banks go bankrupt and our money is devalued it is a sure sign that the the country is also bankrupt.!!!

So why do we suddenly hear Idris jala saying that the government is going bankrupt in 2019.??? Dosn't he know that Malasia had been bankrupt.???
The haqiqah/hidden truth is that the government wants to have a reason to increase the taxes and increase oil prices.Idris Jala's press statements was the smokescreen expected to justify the taxes and oil price increases.!!!

It is not like Idris Jala to increase taxes and oil prices to solve the governments bankruptcy problems.This sort of medicine is like increasing the price of MAS plane tickets to solve MAS bankruptcy problems.It will surely backfire.
Surely as an ex Shell and MAS turnaround Manager he is capable of formulating better medicines to solve the governments bankruptcy promblems. Surely cutailling on excessive government spending and corruption is the correct way, like you did with MAS.

It looks like Idris Jala has sold his soul to the devil in disguise.!!!
It is a sad thing for a person so competent in Corporate Management.

But we have our own medicine for the malady. Just create a Revolution and kick out the bankrupt BN government who constantly rob the poor to feed themselves by devaluing the ringgit. These Sheriff of Nottingham style and Ali Baba and 4o thieves style of government must be removed by a Revolution.!!!
